Why We Built VCRM: Managing Visa Clients the Right Way

When we started working with consultancy firms in 2025, the same problem kept coming up. Client files were scattered across email inboxes, WhatsApp groups, and physical folders. Nobody had a clear view of where each case stood. Deadlines were missed. Clients were anxious because no one updated them.

We built VCRM to fix that. It is a purpose-built case management system for visa and immigration consultancies. Every client has a file. Every document has a status. Every deadline sends an automatic reminder. And every client gets a link to check their own case progress without having to call the office.

The first version launched in early 2026. Three consultancy firms are using it now, covering Malaysia, Serbia, and Malta placements. The feedback has been consistent: less time on admin, fewer missed deadlines, and clients who feel informed.

We are adding new features based on what firms actually need: document checklist templates by destination country, payment tracking, and a client-facing portal in Bangla and English. If you run a consultancy and want to see it, reach out.
