1. Who we are

Yeepix Global LTD is a company registered in Bangladesh with offices in Dhaka and Kuala Lumpur. We provide technology services, study and work abroad consultancy, and operate the Eyezona eyewear brand.

When you use our website, contact us about our services, or enter into a service agreement with us, these terms apply.

2. Our services

Yeepix provides the following services:

• Software development, IT consulting, and digital marketing for businesses
• Study and work abroad placement and consultancy for individuals
• Eyewear products through the Eyezona brand

Each service is governed by a separate service agreement agreed upon before work begins. These general terms apply in addition to any such agreement.

3. Using our website

You may use our website for legitimate purposes only. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content, or attempt to access systems or data that you are not authorised to access.

We reserve the right to restrict access to any person who violates these terms.

4. Your responsibilities as a client

If you engage Yeepix for any service, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for your application or project
• Responding to requests for information within the timeframes communicated to you
• Making payments on time as agreed in your service agreement
• Notifying us promptly if your circumstances change in a way that affects your application or project

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Fees and payments

All fees are agreed in writing before any service begins. Fees vary by service type, destination country, and project scope.

For study and work abroad services, fees are typically split into stages: an initial consultation fee, a processing fee, and a final placement fee. The structure is explained clearly in your service agreement.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage at which a case is withdrawn or a project is cancelled. Refund terms are specified in your service agreement. No refund is available for fees already used to cover third-party costs such as government fees, visa filing fees, or document authentication.

6. Intellectual property

Content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Yeepix Global LTD. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

For software development projects, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the relevant service agreement. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Limitation of liability

Yeepix Global acts as a consultancy and service provider. For study and work abroad services, we facilitate the process but do not guarantee visa approvals or university admissions. Final decisions rest with government authorities and institutions.

We are not liable for decisions made by embassies, immigration authorities, universities, or employers. Our responsibility is to provide accurate guidance and submit complete documentation on your behalf.

In no event will Yeepix Global LTD be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
